1) PAYMENT
Lessons will be paid for before the lesson begins. Will accept cash, direct transfer to bank account or pay pal as a method of payment. Discounts will be given for block payments which is calculated on the website when booking.
2) INSURANCE
Fees include cover for insurance liability claims while driving the school’s vehicle, providing the pupil is duly licensed to drive the vehicle and is accompanied on test by a DVSA examiner or under direction of the instructor.
3) CANCELLATION OF BOOKED LESSONS
At least 48 hours’ notice must be given by you or by your instructor, failure to give adequate notice will result in a full charge of the cancelled/ missed driving lesson.
4) OFFICIAL DRIVING TESTS
The school reserves the right to withhold the use of the training vehicle for the driving test if, in the instructor’s opinion, the trainee does not reach the required standard. The school will not be responsible for driving test appointments postponed or cancelled by the Driving & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA).
5) APPOINTMENTS
Whilst every care will be taken to ensure that pupils receive the training at the requested time and with the instructor as booked, all bookings are made on the undertaking that the school is not responsible for the postponement of training due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown of equipment, or any other cause.
6) PERSONAL PROPERTY
Every endeavour is made to safeguard the personal property of any pupil. The school accepts no liability whatsoever for jewellery, cash, clothing or other property in the training vehicle. It is your responsibility to take care of your personal belongings.
7) ASSESSMENT LESSONS
Where an assessment lesson is taken, your instructor will give you an estimate of how many hours they believe you require to prepare for the driving test. Should more hours be needed, you will be advised to take additional training. Failure to do so may result in the instructor withholding the use of the driving school vehicle for your test.
8) TRAINING MATERIAL AND SOCIAL MEDIA
